Patrick the service guy guy is lazy, he doesn't do his job! I came in for a simple oil change in which I had a coupon from a southern state. Oaklawn Toyota always serviced my vehicle and the coupons has always been approved to be used at this service department. When I handed Patrick the coupon he automatically said they don't take the coupon. I asked him to ask someone because they always approved the coupon.
