I went to 6 Toyota Dealerships ( Oakbrook, Lagrange, Elmhurst, Lombard, Schamburg, Elgin), when I was looking to buy my Camry, and by FAR Oak Lawn was the most real, genuine, and straight to the point when it came to pricing, and giving Out the Door price. Dominik Gibek, and the managers are a great tream, and will always try to deliver their best to the customer. Rob Henderson, is the kindest person at a dealership you'll ever meet. I went there while my car was still under the warranty and I explained to them everything that is happening to my transmission that it kicks and vibrate and the service guy refuse to fix it saying that there’s nothing wrong with it and now my warranty just got expired and I’m stuck with my bad trans .. defiantly a 1 star place
The maintenance department in this company is very bad especially the employees in this section
