My vehicle was never fixed. When it was in service, I was told that the mechanic "test drove the vehicle and found everything was normal." There was a very noticeable sound coming from the vehicle. I was also told that I would be able to get my recall fixed but previously my truck "did not qualify" so I am not sure what changed. When I received a text message to rate OL Toyota I gave a poor rating. My husband and I recently bought a 2020 Rav 4 from Bob Spee at Oak Lawn Toyota. Our experience could not have been any better. He was very professional, personable, efficient, knowledgeable and very customer oriented. He and Marty in the Finance Dept even came to our home and delivered the car and we signed all the papers at our home at social distancing wearing masks and gloves.
