RecommendedI needed an extra key fob for my Avalon with theft prevention system. Bob Spee was very helpful in getting me what I needed. Also, he sold me the car in April and was extremely courteous and and aided me through all the steps necessary for the purchase.

I started dealing with Mark (salesman/manager) in 1990 with my first Toyota, and haven't regretted it since. He introduced me to Scott (my new salesman) and the next thing I'm driving out in my new car. Thanks everyone. No BS, extra charges, etc.
Service is horrible!! My father went to get a oil change and called to make a appointment who ever he spoke with told him to just come in early on a Friday. He went on Friday got there at 9. He drove in and they told him to wait he was there for almost 4hrs. He kept seeing other people get helped. The highlander just stayed there. No one ever told him it will take 1hr or nothing.
