This is a great dealership with people who have and demonstrate integrity. I have purchased two cars from them in real time. Jaun was my salesman and did a great job delivering what he promised.
Waited an 1.5 for an oil change that never happened. No one from the service department told me they were short staff and running late on appts. I emailed the manager to let him know about my experience and did not receive a response. The standards of excellent customer service are declining.

Horrible service and rude replies from employees. I had an appointment for oil change and it took hour and a half even though I saw my car parked on the lot 30minutes before it was taken plus 30 minutes after it was done. I'm a loyal Toyota customer for 8yrs and service is getting worse and worse. When i asked for my car that was parked and done they still didn't give it to me but I saw the service people chatting I'm extremely disappointed.
We trust Toyota if Oak lawn for a good price and pain free buying experience. The service advisories are wonderful to deal with. ( John and Caesar ) we always service our family fleet there. We want a thorough assessment of our cars and keep them up to specs. We would not change unless we moved far away. We have been buying there since 1990( a Land Cruiser) and now have 1 corolla 2 Camry and 1 Venza and 1 Avalon. Great Vehicles and super great people and service.
