I would really recommend that anyone looking for a new Toyota or a used vehicle choose another dealership in the Chicago or surrounding area. I hate it when someone has a bad experience and they rant, so let me just say they were great before the sale, answering all my questions and communicating well every step of the purchase. Definitely the best dealership we have ever been to! Our salesman Joe was the best and our finance guy Frank was awesome too! This place doesn't make you feel like a number they treat you like your family! They are straight forward and not just trying to sell you a car like all the others do. This was our first time buy a Toyota and I LOVE MY NEW 2015 CAMRY LE!! Thank you for making our dream come true!

I feel like I am treated like family here. Bob Spee is my salesman and will be for life. He looks out for my best interest and I trust his instincts. My father was a new car salesman for 35 years, so having my confidence is the highest praise I can think of. I will return for all future cars, and I'm sure the experience will always be excellent!

How could I not LOVE Oak Lawn Toyota?! I was a bit unsure of the exact model of Toyota I wanted, but my previous one served me well. Bob Spee was very patient with me and took me out to test drive several models. While doing so, he explained all the benefits of each one. He was so kind. There was absolutely no pressure. Have been going to Oak Lawn Toyota for msny, many years. Everyone there is so friendly & helpful.We have loved all of the Camry's we have purchased there over the years. Just traded in a 2005 & a 2009 this past April 23 & purchased a brand new 2015. We have had the same sales person, Steve Barrix, for our last several car purchases.
