I love this place! We had the best buying experience ever! No pressure, great service and a great deal! I am so glad we came to Northwest Motorsports in Pasco! We will be back for sure! Pablo, Joe and everyone we met were just fantastic! Don't overlook this place!!
Probably the best experience I've had in purchasing a vehicle. No pressure at all and the employees were all quite friendly and willing to answer any questions. I will certainly go back the next time I want to purchase a new vehicle.
So far so good as Mike and his team are fixing my truck right now, hope to get it back soon!! Two weeks after I bought it it’s back with them with some issues that popped up but so far they’re taking great care of me! Other places would’ve said too bad it’s your problem now!
Wow! I have never left a dealership feeling so great! After seeing the Hyundai Tucson online I decided to take a drive over to look at it. I told the salesman I was not ready to buy until after tax refund comes in February. Sam Alanis the salesman did a great job of explaining how his company rates their vehicles. Buying my 4Runner here wasn’t a bad experience, but they want nothing to do with you once you’ve signed all the papers! Said they would call me back as I had questions about my warranty and a few issues I was having. Never heard back from them. I will gladly be going to Rogers in hermiston from now on. Don’t waste your time at NWMS �
