Terrible customer service. They only care about seeing how many sales they can bring in. Very unprofessional and surprised they have not been audited on their business practices. Especially on their loan techniques. Please take the time and go elsewhere.
With having some past life issues ive been very hesitant to shop for a new truck. When NWMS came to town they made their presence know. I stopped in and Sam Alaniz brought a sweet truck up front within 20 min. Together Sam and Justin got it done. Easy and honest.
