My husband and I have bought several vehicles from Brian Kuzmer. Let me just say he never gives up and gets the job done! We are treated with respect each time we speak with him. This time everything was handled by phone since we are up in Mill Creek. He was genuinely happy for us with this vehicle purchase. Kept the kids occupied while we signed papers. The whole transaction was a breeze. I highly recommend you go see Brian if you want to treated like a person and not just another number on the lot

Upon arriving I was greeted at my car. (Now that’s service) Mike helped us get into a car that fit our life! No pressure. He took the time to answer all our questions, test drive multiple cars, and helped get us into a car that we love and fit our budget. Refreshments were provided to us the entire time! If your looking for somewhere to buy a car stress free- this is the place! Be sure to ask for Mike Finch, we will never buy from someone else!
I really felt like both Justin and Sam went above and beyond to help me. I was very stressed out and worried but Sam and Justin made my experience very easy and comfortable by being there, listening, and answering all my questions.
No prices on vehicles... walked around parking lot for 10 minutes nobody came to ask if I needed help
So disappointed in the customer service. My purchase was a 2011 Grand Cherokee Overland with high mileage. Many issues were obvious prior to purchase and was promised they would be fixed. It took over a month before they contacted me to get repairs done. Then before all repairs were completed, they decided they weren't going to address them all. Asked for paperwork and never received. Should have done my homework on this business before going there. Wouldn't recommend them to a slug.
I had a great experience with NW motorsports. I had Julian and he really went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted! 10/10
