Sam alaniz helped my girlfriend buy a 2014 Ford Focus and myself a 2017 Ford F-350 super duty all in the same day. We spent all day with him 9am-8pm getting everything in order and we returned the next day and picked up our cars. Thank you to the guys at northwest who helped me get my dream truck and get my girlfriend her very first car.
They were above and beyond in customer service!! They drove a car to Puyallup for me.....Twice!! They got me exactly what I wanted in the end even though I’m stubborn!! They were awesome!! I basically purchased the car all via text message (my preferred method of communication) and didn’t have to go down until I was ready to text drive, sign, and drive!!
