Well, first of all I was yelled at by the finance guy in the middle of the showroom for not wanting to provide my social security number for a CASH sale. They promised on Friday that when we picked it up on Sunday to have the vehicle detailed and filled with gas, that didn’t happen. And after being publicly ridiculed there was no apology when, after all of that we, still decided to purchase the vehicle rather than walk out. They got my money once, but never, and I mean NEVER again.
They were above and beyond in customer service!! They drove a car to Puyallup for me.....Twice!! They got me exactly what I wanted in the end even though I’m stubborn!! They were awesome!! I basically purchased the car all via text message (my preferred method of communication) and didn’t have to go down until I was ready to text drive, sign, and drive!!
