I visited from out of town and purchased a used Dodge Journey. Our salesman, Sam Alaniz, was wonderful, honest, helpful, and FUN! I purchased my truck back in 2016 at the Puyallup location and couldn't be happier with the process. I've had a couple instances where I've needed to go to the Pasco NWMS location and have dealt with David in parts and service and couldn't be happier with how he has handled everything. This location will have my future business and I highly recommend it to others when looking to purchase a vehicle.
I have been looking my very first family car. Samuel alaniz has been helping me for a few months and when the time was finally right I came in and bought a 2015 Ford focus. It's difficult to find someone with integrity and who listens to your needs instead of their own quota needs. Naomi Calderon is THAT girl. She truly listened to me and didn't ever try to convince me to get something not for me just to make the sale. Now that I know she's working at this reputable dealership, I have someone I can trust for when I'm ready to make my truck purchase.
