Probably the best experience I've had in purchasing a vehicle. No pressure at all and the employees were all quite friendly and willing to answer any questions. I will certainly go back the next time I want to purchase a new vehicle.
Wow! I have never left a dealership feeling so great! After seeing the Hyundai Tucson online I decided to take a drive over to look at it. I told the salesman I was not ready to buy until after tax refund comes in February. Sam Alanis the salesman did a great job of explaining how his company rates their vehicles. Buying my 4Runner here wasn’t a bad experience, but they want nothing to do with you once you’ve signed all the papers! Said they would call me back as I had questions about my warranty and a few issues I was having. Never heard back from them. I will gladly be going to Rogers in hermiston from now on.
