Verified Renter The rent is qffordable and the community is nice and quiet and equip with a playground for children and pets. However, the office staff is very slow and the wait time to speak to someone is very long.
Verified Renter My resident experience have been very impressive. This neighborhood have been nice and peaceful for the last 10 plus years for me. Also, I feel that the overall quality of service is very pleasant.
Verified Renter The only good thing about this community is the easy access to shopping. The rent went up and this apartment is not worth the amount of rent they are asking for. They have mice that run around in the hallway at night and inside your apartment. Sometimes you can hear them in the walls late at night.

Verified Renter So far everything had been absolutely amazing I love all of the dog parks and playgrounds are so close. It’s a lovely neighborhood! Are love in date was pushed back to days that’s been our only issue
