Verified Renter I have been living here for seven years. I feel Safe and I like where I’m at the view is nice and the neighbors are nice. I don’t have an issue with anyone. I would recommend Northwest Crossing to anyone that wants to stay. I look forward to staying another 7 years.

Verified Renter The place is nice, calm. Just insects that are disturbing but i like the place if you’re clean you won’t really have insects at home. And i like the staff members .
Verified Renter I love the building that I’m in. Just need to improve on the ppl smoking in buildings and having only one washing machine that works. The laundry room is always being broken into.
Verified Renter Pleasant neighbors. Area is convenient and accessible for almost everything you need nearby. Always makes sure maintenance issues are fixed even though it may take sometime.
Verified Renter My apt building is infested with mice and roaches and the rental office keeps lying saying there going to send pest control and pest control never came after I asked 5-6 times and they promised so many times they would come and they never show up & maintenance closes jobs they never do because they don't won't to come out and seal up holes and get dead mice out my apt. Don't move here because they don't care they think it's funny to live with pests and rodents.
Verified Renter It’s been good however there are rodents that linger sometimes. Need assistance with that. Traps do not help at all. It would be great to have a permanent solution to it.
Verified Renter Northwest Crossing is a very good apartment to live in. It is accessible to restaurants and groceries. Plus there is a huge play area behind the apartment. Friendly people in the leasing office.
