Verified Renter Just moved in last month and I liked the apartment -- was clean, spacious, already with ref, stove, dishwasher and near to some grocery stores, shops and hospital. But after two weeks, I've seen mice and ruined some of my chips and biscuits. I do hope there will be some improvements here such as the laundry area, better if there are not just one. I do also hope they change the carpet on the stairs -- the smell is different.

Verified Renter I really love my community everything is close and can be gotten to quickly. Quiet friendly and i just sit quietly most times. The markets library buses restaurants and household repair stores as well as several restaurants and markets up and down the neighborhood

Verified Renter Living here has been okay it’s like now they are under new management so it’s all these changes and you have to pay to get things fixed. They charge you for amenities that you don’t even use which really crazy to me. If I don’t use the amenities why am I being charged for it and why is the amenity fee so dang high. I feel like all they care about is money which annoying they will be ready to kick you out in a heartbeat if your rent isn’t paid. Verified Renter So far no bad, however a few things I was promised turned our to be not true.i was told my apartment would have a microwave and it didn't. I was told there are multiple washers and dryers in each building, and there isn't.

Misleaded I have been here for about a month and 2 weeks now and at first I was very excited and enjoying my stay but then I discovered that they have rodents and insects. My apartment has spiders and mice. Reached out to leasing office. Have not heard anything abck as yet.
