Verified Renter It’s ok living here I wouldn’t say it’s the best experience. There is no pool. Everyone have a building next to them with a washer machine so you have to walk next door to wash clothes if you don’t live in the building with the washer and dryer. I’ve gotten a violation for something I didn’t do. So I’m not really a fan of living here. I’m just waiting for my lease to be up.

Verified Renter These apartments need to be updated. I live in an old standard apartment that needs a serious make over. The new staff they have now are very rude and they speak to you like you are beneath them.

Verified Renter It has been terrible!! We have experienced at least six floods since being here(two years), we have to deal with sewer water and the smell of it as well as mildew! Northwest Crossings nor Morgan Properties want to accommodate the residents or us for issues that are none of our own. Management and those in the leasing office get attitudes when asking them to do their jobs that they've been hired to do. Verified Renter Staff is the best part about the community. Amenities are sub-par, the community is rather quiet but there is a huge rodent prob. Will not be renewing my lease !
