Verified Renter I just moved in and so far I’m having no issues… I have only interacted with Caesar whom was very nice thru my transition to Maryland…my apartment was clean… could used a little bit more visitor parking but what can I say. Very confident in my stay here . Close to stores. Traffic a bit hectic

Verified Renter Nothing new here but at least it’s a clean environment only thing is it’s too many people who smoke in our building and the smell fills up the air making it smell like cigarettes or wees

Verified Renter Good experience so far by the grace of God. We are happy living here because it is closer to the business centers, hospital and schools. So far we are happy to stay here as a family. The only challenge we have here is the washing machine for our dresses because it is really costly and if you wash more dresses one time, it will not be clean and the time for dryer is only 45 minutes which is not enough when drying heavy dresses. Thanks.

Verified Renter There are still mice in the building and in our apartments. My daughter found one on her bed 2 months ago. The mice are a big issue here. Everywhere I have lived I’ve never had this problematic issue. They are getting in the building some type of way. This problem should be throughly investigated.

Verified Renter Resident are good so far haven't got to know them but everyone stays to there self and no problem so far. The building stays clean and there are no one running in and out of the building I truly like my building. It would be great if the put washer and dryer in the unit.

Verified Renter Just moved in here. People are nice, keeps to themselves. The hallways smell like weed, which is whatever. As long as the inside of the apartments don’t smell like it, I’m good. Not a lot of storage space in the apartment. I wish there was more washers and dryers in the basement for the whole complex.
