Verified Renter It’s a great community and very clean and quiet which I love . My neighbors are very nice and I love the apartment itself pertaining to the balcony it’s probably one of my favorite parts about this apartment. Me and my husband have been living here for some months now I don’t have anything bad to say about this residence

Verified Renter Great experience all around from the tour through the Application process. All the way to getting approved just no pool but everything else is great

Verified Renter I feel like I'm in a parent child relationship. I don't like being charged for amenities I don't use. In the summer people and kids are hanging out in the building behind the stairs and in utility rooms. There is a serious mouse problem. They need to patch holes in the foundation. Laying mice traps is not controlling the pest. The previous property manager and staff could care less about the property or it's occupants. Verified Renter i will first give 3 reasons why i gave 3 stars # proximity to grocery shops and other stores # they have really improved in pest control recently # the new property manager is receptive to residents in this community now to why I took off 2 stars # the Maintenace department still needs improvement, seriously, it takes days for them to come out n fix a problem. i have had cases where they come to fix something, tell me they are coming back with more equipment n i don't just see them back, at present i have a h... read more
Verified Renter Good experience so far. Support staff try to attend to issues as best they can. Maintenance crew need to do more by my reckoning. 2 car stickers needed per apartment with the new system in 2024 to avoid challenges to residents.
