Verified Renter My apartment is ok. Just that. My vents were painted over so my main bedroom is significantly colder than every other room. The walls are thin. You can hear everything from ppl in the hallway talking to in their apartment. Maintenance has yet to come and fix my closet doors or screens which have been damaged since I first moved in. Overall not a bad place but needs improvement.

Verified Renter I can’t speak for all of morganproperties but,the one I currently reside at is Northwest Crossing Apartments. I haven’t had any hot water in my unit for 4days. I was scheduled to transfer to a unit that evidently wasn’t anywhere near ready for someone to transfer or move in but,was rented to me anyway.
