Verified Renter so far, staff in the leasing office is approachable and friendly. neighborhood is peaceful, too. maintenance staff would come in time to fix some broken parts in the unit.

Verified Renter My apartment was newly renovated and it does look cozy inside. It is clean and spacious. It is quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood. It is also near walmart and other establishments. Downside is you can hear the foot steps of the people living above your floor apartment but it is tolerable.

Verified Renter What I saw on line is nothing compared to what I got! Packages stolen first day here, faucet falling out the tub wall, cabinets dry rotted…just horrible! I can’t wait for my year to be over

Verified Renter I have lived here for almost 3 yrs. The neighbors are great and friendly. I have had no issues with staff. At times, it is frustrating when you call and get no response. My job is near my apartment which makes it a super easy commute.

Verified Renter It is really safe staying here. Eventhought there are some maintainance chalenges here and there, I love it here. This place is really at the centre of many places for shopping, and hospitals visits etc.
