I'm really impressed with my apartment is spacious... I'm really impressed with my apartment is spacious clean a great community, and I have a quiet building which Iove. There’s nothing else I really can say but except the north west community is an excellent apartment home.

I haven't had any problems with any other tenants.. Maintenance is good and the people in the office are to work with.. I have recommended a few people and would recommend more..

Resident experience is good. I have no complain ex... Resident experience is good. I have no complain except for my bath to be recaulked and looking nice and for the rats to be exterminated. There is way too many rats in this building. They hide under the carpets, in the kitchen(behind the stove), in the boiler room. They are everywhere.
I've loved living here for almost 13 years . The f... I've loved living here for almost 13 years . The few times I've had service or maintenance issues there has always been a reasonable response time. To enhance our landscaping ( I love the newly planted trees) I wish you could plant grass seeds to replace the dead spots and the valleys for water disrespectful people have created by driving on our grassy areas .
Bad The leasing office was horrible and they need better service as well as maintenance because my entire apartment is just falling apart at this point. It was bad from the start 0/10 wouldn't recommend it to no one. I wouldn't wish this on anyone at all because it sucks that my money is being wasted on a place that is absolute trash. I have contacted them numerous times to move out and they continue to not allow me to move or try to fix the problems but I'm already 8 months into living here. TOO LATE!
