Verified Renter Good place to stay. I have observed that, good care of maintenance requests and communication on same. This place is near to supermarkets and Lansdale metro.Nice environment

Verified Renter Very disappointed and not at all satisfied. Specifically asked for certain amenities I needed and was assured I would have them. Until the day we moved in, nothing was the way we were told it would be. Specially the apartment, we were shown a "sample" apartment but the apartment we got did not look like the sample at all. Not going to continue with everything else, can write a book!! Can't wait to move!!

A great place to live, still I've been here at Fox Run for over ten years now and so far, still so good. Kelly and her staff continue to provide supperior service and as long as thats the case I will remain a satisfied tenant, Keep up the great job guy's and I'm looking forward to another decade of good relations between up.

Verified Renter I love it, everything well organized. Only thing is some people are dirty and leave trash outside. It has a lot of lighting during the day which saves you a lot of light cost.

Verified Renter When ever I have an issue, the staff takes care of things right away. When I first moved in I had numerous issues. I almost lost my patience but they handled everything. Most recently my refrigerator failed. I went to the office and Dasia contacted maintenance and took care of it.

Verified Renter I just moved in a few weeks ago, so I do not have much to say but the neighborhood is really nice and I have enjoyed it so far.They are also very dog friendly and I love that my dog has a place to play there.
