Terrible Just horrible. Before I moved in I just knew it would be a problem based on the management in the leasing office. I gave them a list of problems with my apartment prior to move-in day and they didn't fix anything. They pushed back my move-in date and took my deposit, I had to wait 2 weeks to move in after I already signed my lease. Also, the apartment they showed me wasn't the apartment I moved into. trash / trash / trash Nothing works properly in all the apartments they have , first the apartment you will visit won’t be the one you will move in .. welcome in your trash spot ,the day you will move in you won’t believe.. everything wrong with the company,they don’t maintain they property at all. Nothing is done . Nothing . just a big trash . They won’t return your deposit and they will make sure to charge you to remplace the old trashes stuff you fund in they dirty kitchen .

It’s terrible DO NOT MOVE THERE! The paint from the tubs peel and I’ve been calling for a whole 3 weeks and no one have showed up nor gave me any feedback. The kitchen sink leaks constantly called for that he came a looked at it said he’ll be back and never came back. When you are washing the dishes and let the water out the water goes directly to the dishwasher making the kitchen smell like eggs and etc. you’ll see a lot of gnats Then the ladies at the leasing office talking about my problems is not an emergency. Smh

worst people/apartment ever! they added parking permits and rules, and even though we have the guest parking pass, i have had 2 family members cars towed for no reason, and paid to get them back, $250 each time, and just today they towed my car with the permit as well. all in just a matter of months. we have mice here, gnats in the summer, they said they were going to power wash our balcony when we moved in..its been more than a yr, and still nothing. there is a birds nest right above the balcony and their feathers and dropp... read more

The worst place I ever lived! These apartments have MICE and roaches! In the summer you will surely get a gnat and ant infestation. The apartment bathrooms, vents, etc are in horrible need of renovations. The bathtubs are painted and will peel, in addition to the excessive amounts of spackle they apply to the bathtubs due to constant leaks. The neighbors are riff raff and thugs. The laundry rooms are filthy and the machines never work. The dogs are unchained. Glad I moved!
Unpleasant starts We just moved into the apartment and have had electrical problem and an insect problem. We were not aware that the laundry rooms only have two washers and two dryers and we're not given the cards needed to use for the washers/dryers. The leasing process was difficult because they gave me the "run around" about the pricing. Hopefully it gets better from here...

up and coming apartments When I first moved in, the management staff informed me that changes were being implemented for better living and up grades to the apartments. Well, the living environment has improved and the company is constantly making up grades to the property. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable about any repairs that need to be done.
