Had hoped the investment and move to a new hospital would improve service but I guess not. Family member was sent home earlier today when they shouldn't have been and no family was called. His medication was found on a bench and no attempts to contact him were made. A few hours later an ambulance brought him back and now my family can't even get an update. They just went and asked a nurse and were told someone would be in touch. Poor service provided and even worse communication skills. Just because it's a nicer building doe... read more

my mother told me about a woman working here named king, kendra king. horrible attitude. i will die before i bring her here again

I received the best care that anyone could ask for. The staff was very professional and I was cared for from arrival to the time I left. This is healthcare the way it is meant to be. I had a very long and bloody cut on my head and am now how feeling well and this is due to the great care I received. I am thankful to know of this hospital and thankful for the great and responsive care I received. As far as I am concerned, I would give a 6 star rating as my description of Northside.
