Awesome hospital and staff!!!
Terrible staff , the doctor wasn't any better. After a major surgery no one came in all afternoon or night to give the family an update on the procedure he did while in the operating room.
My family has unfortunately spent a lot of time here this year. Through each stay with each family member the quality of care has been excellent. From the cleaning staff to the physicians everyone treats you with kindness and compassion.
They have terrible staff if you ever have someone in the hospital and if you ever ask for some crackers for yourself they won't give them to you
I just want to says big thank you to the 2nd floor nurses, who took excellent care of my dad! You guys were truly the best! My dad lives in Canton and I am from Illinois, I was there for his surgery and had to go home before he got out of the hospital ! I felt so good with Taylor , Barbra and Kaitlyn taking are of him . I had many Nurses during my 90 days, on three admittance's, at Northside Cherokee Hospital. And of all of them there was not one who did not give excellent care. I kept wondering when a bad Nurse would walk into my room and she/he never did. When I checked out after my last stay earlier this year, after 45 days, they decorated my room door and hallway and lined the hall clapping and extended to my wife and me best wishes and continued healing as we made our way to the elevator. Don't ever go there! They are flippant and don't care about their patients. Just experienced this at thei walin clinic on sixes rd! Steer clear Or you will die. Better care at a vets office!
I was so very thankful for the excellent care I received on Christmas Eve and how thorough they were in making sure I was okay. Big shout out as I was able to be back home with my family for Christmas. :)
