My husband is receiving great care by great staff here.
The staff is great however your processes are ludicrous. SEVEN hours spent in the ER which should have only taken an hour. Please do something to help improve the wait time, availability of staff and doctors. Good people working there but much needed improvements.
My sister delivered her first child at north side in Canton last week. She was brought in to be induced and the staff act like they would rather be somewhere else. Very unprofessional, very cranky. I wondered if they are short staffed and maybe they were overly exhausted, but this needs to be looked into and taken seriously. I will never go back. I have never been to a hospital with people so rude. Even the girl at the front desk had an attitude. Horrible.
Many thanks to Northside Cherokee for the excellant care and attention they gave me. A shout out to Dr Bloom and Dr Martin and the ER staff like RN's Starsha and Amanda. Joyce and Eva are tops and make the ER a great experience. Radiology department like Tammy and Elizabeth are great so thanks again for the best patient care. What a great hospital!
Very unprofessional in hiring practice you do application n simple job position dont get hired but qualified im beginning to think u can be highly qualified but cuz ur race background is anything but white u already disqualify its should be against law to ask that on question cuz ur color has nothing to do with how good r bad u can do a job u have training for.....
This afternoon was our first experience needing a non-pediatric ER in the 3 years living in Canton...my husband was experiencing kidney stones and Northside was the closest ER. By luck we had no wait in the ER, the nurses and doctors were amazingly attentive to his needs and got him comfortable as quickly as possible! I was not sure what to expect being an older hospital but boy did they impress me and my husband today! Special thanks to nurse Amber for taking such good care of us!!
