They were very kind and caring they explained everything to my husband and me then spent time talking with us
Terrible experience with this hospital, very obvious that they have no respect for their employees. Nothing turns me off more than being sick/needing care and over hearing supervisors coming down on hard working nurses for doing their job "Fast" enough. I will NEVER go to this hospital for care!
Maybe Northside Hospital of Atlanta ranks high with their patients but it's time for people to know, they rate low as far as employee loyalty is concerned. Judy Smith, a nurse with 25+ years of experience in Oncology and three years with Northside was denied Workman's Compensation when she slipped and fell down the stairs while making her rounds. Heard of the unfortunate ways they treat their workers when hurt on the job... will be sure to never apply to or visit this hospital
I've been here twice in the last 2 weeks for my son- the staff has been absolutely wonderful. They really took the time to listen to him and make him feel comfortable. Tonight, Dr.Moore responded so quickly and with such compassion. Thankful for all they did for him at the hospital, even if it was just for an ear infection.
MonaLisa a nurse was so rude abt me being indigent tht she made me cry. I have a serious shldr problem I cannot control. Very rude and even after tht I was absolutely the nicest patient I cld be.
