I think there should be a rate system on actual healthcare as well as Northside Hospital administration/accounts reps concerning their procedures with collections. The health care I received at Northside Hospital was outstanding! I was cared for, I beleive no better or no worst than the patient next to me... Last night I came to the ER with lower, right abdominal pain. The front desk was run well and everyone was very friendly. I was taken back quickly. Once in a room, everything was happening so fast and I couldn't be happier about it. They made sure to get everything started and take down all of my symptoms. Everyone was efficient and kind and the bedside manner was phenomenal. I know it is all part of their jobs, but it felt like they really cared. Slow getting into seeing Dr in ER because of high volume but after he came they diagnosed the problem and did surgery immediately. Staff very friendly and efficient.
Last Month in the ER for me and Di yesterday. They got us in and where taken care of immediately. No wait either time.
12 days in Northside Hospital - Atlanta with my mother including two ER visits. ALL staff was great, quick to relive pain, professional, caring, nice and helpful! Would never go anywhere else!
