Waited for assistance for far too long. No attempt to service specific needs, even though I mentioned multiple times I am diabetic. Short and impolite. Terrible experience. Felt like they just wanted to get me out... And I told them if they can check my sugar because I saw that dropping they said yes told the other nurse that came in well they never check my sugar and they got me out real quick in a wheelchair
Back In July I Was Airlifted From Fannin Regional To Erlanger, Cause My Kidneys were Shutting Down .. I Stayed A Week... The Emt's Got Here Fast & They Got Me Out Of Here . They Told Charles I was on my way to Northside Cherokee. They Kept me 5 days cause of my Heart. My experience at Northside Cherokee has always been top notch. Fantastic nurses and doctors. However, I am having a great deal of trouble with their billing department. We over paid a large amount on my last pregnancy and have been given the run around on refunding the money. The managers in the billing department were very rude and unhelpful. This has been going on since February.
