I have been with Travelers for both auto and home owner's insurance for 10 years. THIS IS ONE OF THE WORSE COMPANIES EVER TO DEAL WITH IT!!!! I have had it and have a laundry list of complaints. 1- Things came to a boil when I received and email at 1249am from Travelers that my payment was late. Mind you; my payment was due on 3/23. I paid on 3/20. It took Travelers 6 days to post the payment. Yet I'm late??? 2- My rate has steadily increased over the past 2 years.I called customer service and was advised on March 20th that ... read more

Horrible horrible company. After my “audit” I received 4 bills within 5 days, all for different amounts. Every time I called for clarification I was told something different. I finally just called my local agent and he told me what to pay. I sent a check. A month later my agent calls to ask what happened, said travelers dropped me for non payment AND sent it to collections. I didn’t receive any bill, notice, warning, nothing. I bought property insurance and failed to heed "warning" to RUN FROM TRAVELERS when I was given incomplete information. TO WIT: I opted to pay my premium monthly but was NOT TOLD about the $6/month fee for making payments. The AGENT ASSUMED that I knew there was a fee. The fees were reversed after I agreed to pay annually. The next year, I called to file my FIRST insurance claim mid year 2018 for water damage to my home. Kelly Conrad and Travelers Insurance Company lie, con, steal. I have been insured with travelers for almost six Years. My car was stolen and later found wrecked. I am having problems with Travelers Insurance in ****** *********The adjuster who came did not explain anything to me. He came here to look at damage in three condos. He should have explained a Maryland law to me. He not only did not explain anything to me, he really didn't even relate to me. He hardly spoke and he really didn't even look at me. Terrible customer service and execution of responsibilities. Scheduled roadside assistance FOURTEEN hours in advance and they never contacted the company to be dispatched to my vehicle until I called and was out on hold for over 30 minutes. Current weather conditions are -25° wind chill. When I called, representative’s tone was anything but empathetic.

I'm absolutely disgusted with Travelers they are unethical complete liars they will say anything not to pay a claim Let this be your warning Do not use this company for anything They represent a installation company that flooded my house and they have lied cheated and stole from my family Now I have to pay more money to fix my house and sue everyone Involved

Travelers Insurance Agency has been the most unresponsive, unreasonable insurance agency I have ever dealt with. This past fall we were in a car accident and totaled our brand-new ***** *****. Our agent made a mistake and forgot to add new car replacement to our policy even though we requested it. Our other vehicle has this rider on it. After over two months of waiting for them to cut us check for the Tahoe they said they would not issue us new car replacement.
