Travelers causes headaches for the insured by not paying out for the damages even when they clearly liable. I have had to bother their insured with a homeowner claim that should have been an easy deductible payout. I almost feel sorry for the person I had to constantly bother because his insurance (travelers) promised to pay back just my deductible after I made my own claim to my insurance for damages they were liable for. Travelers will waste your time forever and screw you in rates. Don't bother with a quote. I don't have travelers and never have but they wasted hours of my time unnecessarily and asked for documents no other company required.

I received a check (minimum) to replace the roof after some damage. My husband (a 1 man show contractor) was going to replace the roof. I became sick and my husband became the primary caretaker of our children; putting the roof replacement on hold. Their client hit my mother's car and lied. The police reviewed Video evidence and gave their client a ticket. Travelers refuse to assume fault. wont give my mom a rental car. IT first began with my agent misleading me about the price. He promised me I could get it for less than 20 dollars less than what I ended up paying. That was just the beginning and honestly I should have gone elsewhere, but I thought this had been an honest mistake. After this year long experience I know that it was not. Obviously I am not alone with Travelers poor reviews. Negative stars! They had ******** replace my windshield. I have spent thousands of dollars in damages to my car with 4 times replacing junction box and all fuses, water damage inside my car, and it is still in repairs months later. They have not reimbursed me and refuse to take any responsibility to my claim. I am without a car, out thousands out of pocket expenses. I had to buy a new car yo get around. Travelers auto dropped my PIP without my knowledge or permission I got into an accident and the other person was at fault my lawyer made TRAVELERS reinstate my pip so she could use it to pay my chiropractic care then reimbursed Travelers for the cost of the chiro care from my settlement from the other party’s insurance settlement to me Travelers is charging me for 12 months of pip despite the fact i cancelled 6 months 8 days into the 12 months..
