Travelers cancelled our insurance and claimed that they sent us letters notifying us of the cancellation. We never received the letters. Also, one would think that if a customer doesn't respond to something like this, a phone call would be made to either the client or the agent/broker. Nothing! Now we have to pay a DMV fee for the lapse in coverage (that we didn't know was cancelled). Not happy with the customer service.

I could not be happier to be finished dealing with AssuredPartners and the policy they shopped out to Travelers Insurance for the rest of my life, and I’m looking forward to never hearing from either of them again. I was only with them for a short while after I inherited my mother’s house, until I could change insurers, but they still managed to be the most aggravating and needlessly difficult things I had to deal with after my mother died, so thanks for that, y’all. This company is only out to make money! Great price until you have a claim, then you see why. Poor customer service that will tell you your body shop is trying to rip you off and that you insurance agent is doing everything wrong. Fortunately I've had the same body shop and agent for a long time and i know that Travelers is the bad egg! I guess you get what you pay for, lesson learned the expensive way. Definitely do not use them for full coverage!!!!!!!!

I want to leave 0 starts but I can’t ... Very unprofessional company.. Had a very bad experience with travelers, we agreed on the quote and they were going to deduct it from my paycheck through my job .. I canceled my current insurance and 2 days after travelers cancel my policy without any explanation and then deduct the payment knowingly that the policy was already cancel .. now they want to refund my money in a month.. the customer always get screwed .. if we owe money they will charge a penalty but they can take your mon... read more

Is it possible to rate lower then a 1 star? If So I would. Let me give you my 8 month process with them while they still have not closed my case or paid me all the money I need to fix my home. I received a quote for $1255/12 = $104.58 on autopay ...end paying $118.36 x 12 = $1,420.32 IN AUTOPAY!!! STAY AWAY FROM TRAVELERS, THEIR QUOTES AND AGENTS ARE LIARS.

Claim Adjuster lied and mislead. It took Travelers almost a month to send someone to my home after I filed the storm damage claim. The day you finally came to my home, I asked you questions about the payment. I even asked if I had the services done for less money, since I knew many contractors in the area, would I have to give back any of the money if I get the job done for less. My family has been Travelers Customers for over 18 years! Now, it is becoming time for me to move onto my own car insurance plan. Today I have been on hold for over 2 hours to get any kind of help. We had a pipe leak in our dining room in July 2019. We called Travelers immediately and got the process started. We only heard from our representative once and he never came out to our home. I sent emails with pictures as instructed and later followed up when I hadn't heard from him. He stated he would elevate my concerns because the same pipe had leak in the same spot only 2 years prior with the prior home owners who disclosed that to us.
