Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced with Travelers Insurance Co. I filed my first claim ever with Travelers in November, 2019. The Adjuster that was assigned to my claim was FALLON ***************She did not represent Travelers with the exceptional service that I'm use to when I call for information. Getting absolute disgusted with Travelers handling of our small business claim. Apparently their main business policy is to delay, delay, and more delay. It has been over one month now since our small restaurant had an electrical fire. Still bags of sodden trash, unserviceable furniture and burned countertops and cabinets. I was recently in a car accident caused by an at-fault driver insured by this insurance company. Needless to say, they were liable to pay for my car's repair. Only 15-20 mins after the accident, my insurance company (*****) reached out to them and started a claim. However, the next day, no word from them. The day after, still no word. I gave a 1 star cause I can't give a 0 which they deserve. We are still fighting Harvey claim and in the last 2 1/2 months we had 4 burglaries of our business with tens of thousands of dollars for tools, stock items, guns, etc stolen from our place of business. The nightmare started when my husband told the adjuster that he did not have receipts (meaning that there were not receipts there) I never got the information in all the times that I talked to the adjuster that they wanted receipts for the furniture. Do not do business with this company. As a small business owner, having coverage with them for the past 5 years, and not having any major claims, we recently had a cyber attack that caused a great deal of stress and hardship on our business. This place needs to get their act together. My payment comes out automatic and they call you and talk to you on the phone weekly to complete an interview and then still cancels your policy because you have not completed an interview. Funny that I have talked to them four times in the one month I had their insurance
Michael M**** was my agents supervisor. My ceiling was falling in during a rain storm. I tried to consult my insurance company in what I needed to do to avoid a future claim being denied due to whatever temporary fix was made. We were ignore and as a result more damage happened. I have an auto policy with Travelers because they provided a cheaper policy. I recently was involved in an accident Nov. 2,2019. The accident happened over the weekend so there was no one available to set up a rental for me due to the fact that my vehicle wasn't drivable. I guess accidents only happen through the week.
