Very satisfied. My agent, Scott, was great to work with. He got me a new roof for my house that was damaged from a hailstorm a few years back. Even got me new gutters and window screens, which I didn't even ask for. And it was all completely covered. He was tediously thorough in his inspection, and laid everything out in a way that was easy to understand. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new insurance.

Terrible experience all around. Someone sandwiched me at a red light on the 24th of last month. At first they were quick to assign me a handler. But they then went to inspect the car and totaled it due to damage to the rear frame. It is now the 25th of the following month. I was given an initial total loss settlement offer that was extremely undervalued, KBB, nada, and any other reputable site I could find did not support their value by any means. I live in ***** zip code. I called to request a quote. One of the questions that i was asked was do I clean my drainage outlets twice a year. I asked what a drainage outlet was. The rep could not tell me. I asked of its my gutters. He again could not confirm. He placed me on hold. Came back and told me that since I dont know what it is that I dont do it and that he cant give me a quote. I called my husband and we three way callled with the rep. Horrible insurance claim experience. A traveler's insurance insured member hit my car. The insurance company acknowledged full responsibility, however; they will not pay the full estimate claim. I will have to come out of my pocket to pay for the balance of the claim. They stated that they pay a lower labor rate than in the area than which I live. Travelers Insurance is very expensive and has the rudest staff with littlest knowledge. I don't think any of their staff finished high school. The premium is okay until they audit you and add charges that you never thought of.

I received a call from an agent stating that Travelers Insurance could save us money by switching to them and lowering our house payment. So, I am on the phone for hours with him going through what all we would save with them and changing over to them and canceling my car and home insurance with S**** ***** One month later even before the first payment on my policy I get a bad letter from ***** ***saying that my house payment is going up another $200.00. Moved our home and car insurance to Travelers in late 2017 due to efforts of an agent to gain our business. After the move, Travelers immediately changed their rate proposal and cancelled one of our 3 children from the policy. We would not have moved to them if we had known they were going to do this. They also changed their pricing from their proposed rate structure. They are not an honest company to do business with..... HORRIBLE! Traveler's insured rear-ended my truck while I was paying for parking at the airport. The bar was still down and there are signs saying not to proceed until the vehicle in front has exited. The damage is minimal ($700) and the insured is not denying that she hit my truck. Traveler's is refusing to proceed with processing my claim until they receive a phone call from the parking booth attendant that witnessed the incident. I filed the claim 2 weeks ago.
