This may be the worst car dealer I've ever dealt with. The salesman knew nothing about the cars; I mean grossly ignorant. The assistant manager who came over, presumably to help out his ignorant salesperson sounded like he knew what he was talking about, but he was just BSing. Once they discovered I was interested in something other than a mainstream Honda, they clearly had no intention of wasting their time with me. Stuart Morrison was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. He did not pressure me in any way to purchase anything I didn't want. He was professional, yet personable. It was the best new-car-buying experience I have had. I would recommend anyone to this dealership, and particularly, Stuart Morrison.
John was recommend to us by a friend who had a dealt with John several times. This was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. John is an extremely nice man and his no pressure approach really made us feel comfortable. While going over the deal, 2 people came over to tell him how pleased they were with their experience when the purchased a car from him. Hearing this only made me feel more comfortable with leasing with him. I would highly recommend NSH!

Dealing with John Schroeder and Barry while searching for our 2013 Honda CR-V was enjoyable and stress-free, for a change. John and Barry worked with my husband originally, describing and showing the features of the car, test driving, and discussing price. John Schroeder was very nice and knowledgeable /not pushy and our new lease went very smoothly. We did not feel pressured in any way and John ,Barry and Eddie could not have been kinder or more helpful. We have had the Odessy, the CRV and now the Pilot. & when this lease is up we will always come back to North Shore Honda because of the great staff and service and because Honda makes Great cars!!
This dealership for sales as well as for repairs, is extremely professional and most customer friendly. I have purchased two Honda Crosstours,2010 and 2012 and have been most satisifed with their service and commitment to customer satisfaction.
