This is our second purchase from North Shore Honda. In 2010 we leased a Honda Accord and again in 2013. In 2013 after visiting other car dealership "megastores", we went back to North Shore Honda. They gave us a straight forward deal again with no gimmicks and no game playing, I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and effortless car buying that I typically dread.
My wife and I traded in our 2010 Honda Pilot and purchased a new 2014 CRV. Andrew Perry was our Sales Consultant. He was friendly and patient. He clearly explained our payment options and by the end we felt we truly understood why our monthly payment would be what it was. Eddie Haas was also professional and friendly. Overall great experience and we would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Sat morning I clicked on a link for more information on a car at this dealership listed on cars.com. Shortly after, I got an email from FRollo thanking me for contacting them and someone would be in touch with me shortly. Little did I know that was the only thanks I would receive.
