Everyone was just amazing i had such a great time while i waited jay matt and freddie were amazing im so glad i chose this dealership.
I value great customer service above anything else. I understand how difficult it can be to be cheerful, positive, and informative throughout the day no matter the disposition of the individual you are interacting with. Jay epitomized all I value in a service representative. He was not simply trying to make a sale. He was attentive to my specific needs, was honest, and was direct at all times. Honda is fortunate to have this young man in its employ.
All of the employees who serviced us were very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. We had a very nice experience particularly Jack, Stu, JP, and the maintenance man in the showroom. Thank you. We love our car.
When my lease was up on my Accord in March, I returned to North Shore Honda and it was like visiting old friends. The entire staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. I bought a used Honda Civic Hybrid today. Henry Neil was the salesman. This is the 3rd Civic that we bought since 2005. We have always had Henry as our salesman, our choice. The car we bought today is a 2009 civic hybrid, this car replaced my 2006 civic hybrid which i had for 7 1/2 years. I traded it in with 176,000 miles on it. Absolute best dealership! Got our first car there because Hondas are reasonable and reliable. We have bought 6 cars there since. We are at the point where we could get something fancier, but they just make the experience so easy, I see no need to change. Best price, best service, best all around!!!

The entire staff including Bill, Dave, Jack, Harold and Ed are knowledgeable and friendly. I have been buying/leasing cars from this dealership since 1988.
