Peter was absolutely wonderful! He understood what was wanted & presented appropriate vehicles to us. No pressure, Answered all our questions. I went to North Shore Honda to buy a pre-owned Pilot. I had a pleasant overall experience. Peter, the salesman, was courteous and friendly without being pushy.
This dealership is from another place in time. The entire staff was hands down the most accommodating, honest, straight forward that I have ever experienced in my life. Let me first talk about the dealership. North Shore Honda is truly a great place for buying a car. The atmosphere there is very relaxed, and people are really friendly and helpful. BEST EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR!! Andrew Perry is unlike any car salesman I have ever worked with. I never write online reviews, but I just had to share with the public so they could also have a positive car buying experience. I simultaneously leased 3 vehicles from this dealer, for my wife, daughter, and myself. The sales manager, salesman and the finance manager were all friendly, honest, ethical and patient. The salesman showed us different models and trie lies. The Sales manager gave us a fair price for all 3 leases and the finance manager advised us of the most favorable lease rates. I would have no qualms referring friends or relatives to this dealer.
