Jay and Fred were very helpful. The dealership gave great customer service and were very friendly. I will gladly recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking for a car.

We have come back to North Shore Honda for a numbe of years, and always make an appt to have Harold Wagner as our salesperson, he is personable, efficient and makes the car buying experience painless and in fact easy and a pleasure. We hope he will be around for our next purchase.

this was third dealer i chose to look at and will never go back there again and hope nobody else does either. Nothing but negative energy from the staff. Gary was some what pleasant at first even though he seemed like he just wanted to leave. Once we sat down to speak of cars i looked at there was no thought of slightly working price of car down. While thankful for my reaching out, he did inform me of his purchasing something else before having the opportunity to revisit our dealership. We were not able to have a 2nd chance with Jose and have since looked into the pricing he mentioned online vs. on our vehicles. Drove over 1 hr to get car priced fairly. When got there told them was paying cash. They said internet price was for financing and that they would lose $1000. Eventually they gave me internet price. Other important info is their "delivery" fee of $1200 add onto any advertised price. Other places charge $500 to $800. Hence why their internet prices are lower than most. I have used North Shore Honda for all of my car needs over the past 7 years. They are extremely knowledgable and helpful through the sales process and importantly following the sales process. Harold Wagner is the consummate professional. He is open, honest, personable and knowledgable on the product line and relative pros and cons of various options including lease vs. purchase. I recommend North Shore Honda and, in particular, Harold Wagner.
I've leased six cars from North Shore Honda so far. Harold Wagner has been my salesmen for many years. He is very knowledgeable. I never feel pressured when I walk in the door. It's always an great experience when I pick up a car or drop off a lease return. The service department is also great!!!!
Let's be honest, car salesmen have a generalized reputation for being a little slimy. Harold was the total opposite. He was honest, knowledgeable and patient. I plan to send my friends his way and have no doubt I will be doing business with him for a long time.
From the sales team to the finance manager, my experience at this dealership was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge on the vehicles they sell. The vehicles were also the best condition and price compared to every other dealer I visited. I left the lot extremely satisfied not only with the vehicle I purchased, but also the experience.
After many bad experiences with car dealerships who were shady or untrustworthy, Jay was willing to show up 4 different cars and take multiple for a drive. After deciding which of the 4 we liked best, Jay and the team were very upfront about everything we were paying for and even went as far to show us how good of a deal we were getting with comparative information.
