Jay is knowledgable and very fun to work with. He doesn't play games and he is very passionate about what he does. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Honda - he was great!
Sales people were friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions. The price was fair compared to other dealers. We didn't feel pressured to buy extras. Overall this was a good car-buying experience.
Found a vehicle online that I had interest in. After calling and confirming the jeep was still available I drove 45 minutes to see it and test drive it. Seemed to be in good shape, came home and decided to move forward. Called and spoke to Gary Reis and told him I would like to leave a deposit to hold it and asked to have the vehicle inspected at a local jeep dealership. This is our 3rd vehicle from North Shore Honda. Our experiences have been great, and as such we returned without even considering other dealerships. Howard was very professional, extremely accomodating and at no time ever pressured us to make a deal. From start to finish this was an excellent car buying experience. Michael was friendly, helpful and informative without being "pushy". The North Shore Honda dealership is always a pleasure to do business with. The sales staff are so friendly and courteous and are always very patient in the process. Harold Wagner showed me all of the new features in the 2013 Accord and gave me a very good price with my budget in mind. Eddie Haas make the paperwork process go so smoothly and always keeps me informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership.
