I have been a life long North Shore resident. I have been going to North Shore Honda for as long as I can remember. I bought my car back in 2008, a Civic. I have been bringing my car there for service on a regular basis. They always have a good service special going on either for Oil Changes or whatever. when i bought my car, I dealt dirctly with the GM, Dave Haber. I have been going to North Shore Honda for years. I find them to be extremely honest, nice and very helpful. I always do my research with regard to price and find they are always very competitive. I have recommend many people to go here if they are looking for Honda's (we always go with the accord or pilot).

My wife and I went into North Shore Honda to look at the 2013 Honda Pilots.We had a 2005 piolt, went samller into a CRV and were not happy with it.We wanted to get back into a Pilot.We we immediately greeted upon entering the dealership and treated with great kindness and respect.We left with a 2013 Honda Pilot ansd are very happy with North Shore Honda..specifically the sale rep Bill Billnger..Good Job!
My experience leasing my new Honda Accord could not have been better! I went to check out the car and 2 days later I drove away in my brand new car and I received a great deal with no gimmicks! My salesman Harold was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the Accord and even facilitated the turn in of my old Honda!
I have bought many cars new and used over the last 20 years. I have never had such an awful experience than with the used car manager Fred. He said the salesman should not have taken my deposit because the advertised price was wrong and he would not honor that price, even though the salesman wrote the order and took the deposit and ran my credit, scheduled for me to pick up the vehicle. RUN! All I can say is take your money and spend it elsewhere. Typical old school slimey used cars sakesman games. The internet price is only good if you finance through them, otherwise it goes up 3-5k. If they don't get you on the price they will get you in the finance office Eddie Is a pro at pressure tatics "buying down" the interest rate if you agree to get the extended warranty. They were able to diagnose and fix a problem in one hour that Nardy failed to do. I have always serviced my vehicle with them and never had any problems. They were professional, nice and fair priced. You only realize how good a dealership is when it is compared to another. Keep it up North Shore.
Hello All prospective car buyers. Beware of this Hello All prospective car buyers. Beware of this "good looking Agency". They may ask for a credit card and try to assure you that charge will be fully refundable. My experience is that they will charge to never refund you. Once they have your credit card, they are a totally different "used" car sales persons. Do not waste your time. If you want to know anything about my experience with them, feel free to respond.
