10/10 for dishonesty. I walk in to see a car like one the dealer tries to sell that for 2000 more then what they have listed online. I am calling them everyweek for my refund they dont ans my calls how the xxxx and who the xxxx gave them president award and crap...they are the biggest cheater I met ever. If u want to fall in trouble go to North Shore Honda. Sales Person are not friendly nothing was good worst ever experience.
The service is pathetic, Attitude of sales person was like he was doing a favor to me showing a car. No one was friendly. Cars were way over priced and I had to deposit 500usd for test driving which is refundable its been a month and I have not got that money back. They say they have refunded and I hate everytime they lie.
Bought a certified used Honda Pilot. Asked dealer to fix squeak on door, which they never did. Left me with gas tank on empty. Made me get extended warranty which doesn't cover anything. Defroster don't work. Power door lock don't work. Never buying a certified car again.
I did my research online and call the person about price for a honda civic pre-owned. I take my finacee there and get hold of the same customer rep so there is no confusion. He shows me the civic in the lot and i tell i want to test drive but he insists on sitting down first. He goes back and forth several times talks with his manager - i told him I am looking to pay $13K and it was priced at $14.5K online and then he comes back that he will not be able to do since there are charges that he hasnt told me. Stay away from NS Honda!!!!! All they do rip off people. I am waiting for my refund, nothing yet. It's over a month. All of us have to report about dealership to Honda customer service people. If every1 report with Honda Customer service, they can do something about dealership. I just filed a report against NS Honda.
At the onset of our car buying experience, our salesman, Charles Gordon, was patient, fully answered our questions, and encouraged us to do our research. He made himself available throughout the process of purchasing the vehicle and has provided consultation with our questions since then. Dave Haber the finance guy is a total scam artist. All he does is make up xx on the extended warranty and low interest rates. He said if I didn't get the extended warranty then I wouldn't be able to get the car at the price I agreed to and the interest rate would be a lot higher. I called Corporate Honda to complain and they said they'll put it in the file and there's not much they can do. They were not honest with me as far as extra charges and fees. I asked about them and was told there were none. After John and myself agreed on the price, Diana hit me up with other charges. When I questioned her she told me the sales people are not allowed to let the customers know, she said somthing about privacy.
