I found Jack and Bill to be helpful, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions in full detail. Nothing that I asked was too much for them to do. I found this salesman, Harold Wagner, to be a straight shooter, no BS, and no games. He was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I especially like that he does not use pressure tactics or any of the other stuff car salesmen are "famous" for.
They take car on time and give you what they promised. They always are trying to be helpful and answer any questions you may have.

The Service department is very knowledgable and doesn't waste time. On a number of occasions the service people have found A problem I didn't't know I had. Thet don't let me leave with anything unresolved. I travel some distance to get there but I wouldn't change. THE SERVICE CENTER AT NORTH SHORE HONDA (NSH) IS THE BEST FOR ALL THE REASONS POSSIBLE!! MY EXPERENCE GOES BACK 45 YEARS. I always hated buying a new car, but going to North Shore Honda has changed my buying experience in a good way. The sales people are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable so that i select the model Honda and financing that fits my needs. The service people do a fine job as well. I get in and out as quickly as possible. Hondas are great cars. My wife and I are looking forward to buying our 4th Honda from North Shore in a few months.
We went to North Shore Honda because we were familiar with the location. Upon entering we were greeted in a professional and courtious manor.
