bought a truck there in February... they gave me over book value for my trade in, and also gave me a great deal on a truck. I priced shopped for months, and this was the best price for the miles on a used, really nice truck. they treated me very well. had my first service done on the truck, and again, awesome place to go. they definitely have my business on our next vehicle! great group of people! thank you all!
I had an appointment but still waited an hour for service to be completed. All personal contacts were courteous and knowledgeable. Everyone working was wearing a mask and safety glass was in place due to the pandemic situation. I was asked several times while waiting if I needed help or information. My Lincoln was serviced and washed, and the service tech explained what was completed and car was in great shape. Thanks for the great service experience.
They have a great team of employees working there. We are on our 3rd vehicle from this dealership. We will not go anywhere else to buy.
Got an oil change and tire rotation last night. Called for an appointment and got in the same day at a good time for me. The job was done promptly and the Quick Lane staff was very good at asking the right questions of me and my vehicle. A courtesy car wash was added and I was delighted. It doesn't get any better.
Luther North Country is always ready to help and when you have an appointment with them, they are 'johnny on the spot' attending to the work which you are scheduled to have done.
