I've pretty much had it with the service department. I gave them three chances to service my vehicle. They aren't even able to change oil with no issue.

Dee in sales, Andy in finance, any one in the quick lane or service dept. all poeple who work here are wonderful, i am a demanding individual [ i know this] i expect a certial level of customer service, i have never been disapointed by anyone at North Country Ford. i just purchased my second new truck from them in 3 years this one had a lot of customizing done to it and all parties involved were very professional. My '17 Superduty was in for recalls (recalls most often involve supplier parts issues) and everything was resolved to satisfaction. I have always been treated well by the staff at North Country and have received prompt and proper care from the Service Dept whether it be repair or just oil, filter and tire rotation. We have purchased tires for four vehicles and will likely repeat in the future.
Salesperson very helpful. Finance person explained the contracts. Nice atmosphere
i purchased a used certified truck and due to many problems with truck the customer service and service dept absolutely terrible.ive purchased many vehicles over the years and can honestly say this is the 1st time yhat i would never purchase from Luther again!
