Since I drive a F25D with a diesel, I only have dealt with Jack Hackman. Never met the rest of the diesel team in the service area. But I'm very pleased with the way Jack keeps me informed on repair progress and the high quality of the service technician working on my truck.
The few times I’ve been here everyone has been very nice! So far they have done very good work!

excellent staff and popcorn
Called and set up an appointment for the next day to BUY a vehicle. The next morning they sold the car out from under us and didn’t even have the courtesy to tell us it was sold until we called ahead to tell them we were on our way. Nearly drove 75 miles one way for nothing.
