RecommendedI love my car. I bought an Ecosport and it drives great! I went to get an oil change and they offered it for free. they were kind and asked if I'd like my car washed. I was treated with respect. The lobby has a coffee machine and big screen t.v. It only took half hour . The man who sold my car was very personable. I am pleased to go to Coon rapids Ford.

I bought a vehicle over 5 weeks ago and title information still has not been sent so I still don’t have license plates. I’ve called many times over the last 2 weeks and never get anywhere... just promises of calls back which so far have not happened. Not impressed.

One star. I contacted over and over through Facebook marketplace asking if a Honda Pilot listed there had a bench seat or captains chairs. I got responses from 5 different salesmen over several days asking for my email address or phone number even after I repeatedly told them I was not interested in providing that information. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of effort put into my last oil change. I purchased the works package. My oil life monitor was not reset I had to go back in and have them do it. I have a bad headlight that I already knew about but this was never called out in the supposed multi point inspection. I questioned what else was not done or looked at.
I brought my car into have it serviced as my check engine light came on. After a week due to Covid and the delivery of parts was delayed, I get it, they supposedly fixed it. As I was driving off the lot, the check engine light came on again. More parts needed and finally my car got up on the lift. No communication on their part at all to give me any status updates.
