I brought my new 2020 F150 in because it was not charging the battery on my travel trailer. They tested it in the shop and it was working. I was prepared to continue to try to find out why it wasn’t working for me but when I picked it up I was given a print out of the conditions that had to be met for the charge line to work. Very helpful.
Excellent service department. Friendly and courteous to customers and keep you well informed with what's going on with your vehicle always and dont try to tell you that your car needs things done to it when it really doesnt like alot of other service stations often do. Really honest and care about their customers. Highly recommend them to everyone.
I had an appointment to have a problem with my vehicle looked at. I was told by Ryan that they didn’t have time to look at my car and to make another appointment. They have my phone number, but didn’t call. I was prepared to stay a couple of hours to get a diagnosis as instructed when I made the appointment. I am very disappointed with the lack of service.

I initially brought my car in for a recall and to check out why my check engine light was on. Ryan told me that I needed a new catalytic converter. He called my extended warranty company and they didn’t cover the part and it would be $1700 to fix. I called back a few days later and asked about fords warranty and it just so happened that the day I brought my car in their system was down and my part was covered. Go figure. Very knowledgeable,courteous, and easy to work with
Quick Lane service writer, Ryan, was very helpful, professional and friendly. I was surprised with the ability to schedule my service within 1 day notice and the flexibility of the service team to add on a brake job in the same day. Ryan said that the service tech had stayed late beyond his or her normal shift to complete my repairs yesterday. I really appreciated the good service!
