Service was prompt, vehicle was repaired and ready on time. Service personnel were polite and knowledgeable.
Everything has been good as far as service and sales. They even agreed to deliver my vehicle. Only complaint was that one of the dash panels on my new F150 is loose. It most likely arrived this way from the factory.
My recall work was done in a timely manner. However, the MN mask rules for the pandemic are very loosely followed which makes me very concerned. It's too cold to wait outside but didn't seem very safe inside.

It’s funny how these big box stores all want to hound you for your opinion for a review. They don’t do anything to help you with any sort of deal and then want you to take time out of your day to help them out...
I brought my escape in for warrant work, they were ready when I arrived and the car was done in the promised amount of time.
