RecommendedService department was very accommodating, helping set up a Lyft ride, and tracking them for me. Explained repairs required, and even came in lower than estimated. Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Luther could do a better job at price matching and/or reviewing their repair bill totals. I have a 2014 F150 that has an engine timing cover oil leak in it. I actually was made aware of the issue when I got my oil changed at a 3rd party automotive shop. The 3rd party automotive shop quote me $2500 for parts and labor of which I thought was high so I figure to get a second opinion back at Ford. dropped my car off for an oil change and recall. they said four hours for the job. appt was at 9:30 am on a Friday. no call no info from the dealership to let me know my car was done and they were closed over the weekend. very upset since I explicitly said I needed my car back on Friday and my service advisor wasnt even in. called and left several messages with the department, no call backs and no answers. first time customer.....won't be back

On my last visit my service advisor Ryan went above and beyond to get my truck fixed on time for my vacation, highly recommend this dealership.
I bought a car and then I was there for 6 hours waiting for them to do a oil change, tire change and clean the car. After they were done I looked at it. I showed the salesman the dirt all across the front end of the car. I rubbed, just below the front grill, with my hand, and some of the dirt came off. So they never even touched the entire front end of the car. Horrible....
friendly people quick service
I went in for an oil change. Service was great until they told me that I had an oil leak for the 3rd time with under 60,000 miles. I had one fixed this last winter. When I asked about it being fixed for free they said it was probably in a different area. How can you have 3 leaks in 3 different places with less than 60,000 miles. I like the service personnel for being nice and but they really just seem to find something wrong at every oil change. Will not be buying another FORD.
