I have bought many vehicles from this dealership and have always been satisfied. Most recently had an oil change and tire rotation and was in and out the door in less than an hour. AND I got to munch on popcorn while I waited and my service rep kept me updated.
Service Dept. is always friendly, efficient, and competent. I won't take my Raptor anywhere else.👍

The accessory Dept gals, Mikki and Rachel are also very helpful, not pushy and so nice. Received a notice that my 2019 Fusion had a recall I stopped in to ask a few questions about it. The service manager told me to pull it in to be looked at. Finished recall in a half an hour. Best customer service ever. Thanks to the salesman who brought my questions to the service manager.
From start to finish we were in good hands. Everyone was helpful and kind. all questions were answered and needs were met. Kind of felt a little pressure with the accessories they tried to sell us but understand they work on commission. Mason was attentive and friendly!
